Everyday the team of Miradar wakes up with the sunrise in order to produce for you natural dairy products. While you are still asleep, we already supply our shops with fresh milk and kefir, baked ryazhenka and homemade smetana, just as it was once made by your grandmother!

Our production is based in Cyprus, on the hills with fresh air and mountain water! In our production we do not use antibiotics, conservatives, emulsifiers, artificial color or any other additives! Our products are not pasteurized after fermentation and therefore our dairy products contain bifido and lactobacterias, that are considered as natural prebiotics, helping you to protect and strengthen your immune system.

The production workshops of Miradar are equipped with modern technological equipment that meets the highest requirements of world standart.

We do not use large-scale technological mechanized lines capable of processing tens of tons of product per hour.We use the local equipment,which only allows us to accurately maintain temperature conditions and ensure high sanitary and hygienic standarts.

The process of fermentation and maturation of the milk clot is not mechanical or chemical process-it is process of living development of noble bacteria,which depends on many factors.Our highly qualified specialists control every stage of production from the reception of milk to its packaging.

In the production of dairy products,Miradar does not use antibiotics,preservatives,emulsifiers,stabilizers.Therefor,our products are natural.After fermentation of milk with lactic acid bacteria,live bifido and lactobacilli,which are natural probiotics that form human immunity.
